                         Author James Thurber once stated “precision of communication is important, more important than ever, in our era of hair trigger balances, when a false or misunderstood word may create as much disaster as a sudden thoughtless act”. Communication is essential in today’s society. We as humans learn various forms of commutation in the early stages of life. There different styles of commutation skills are the skills we will take with us as we enter our journey of life. Having good commutation as a professional is one of the many important assists to be an effective, well tailored professional. 

                   When the question is asked why is good grammar important especially when conducting a professional discussion, interview, etc. When speaking in front of a professional team or cooperation grammar is the most important aspect to be herd. Pronouncing words and utilizing the correct professional terms for that particular situation.  Be it an interview or dealing with the project leader or working out a solution with a team or writing a report, getting across the point effectively and correctly is what matters. In the Forbes article titled Why Grammar Counts at Work, the author states “When you speak, you project your level of intelligence and thoughtfulness; you also demonstrate how organized you are in your thoughts”.

               Secondly having good communication skills and proper grammar is important when entering your future as a professional. Communication skills and proper grammar are as important as technical qualifications for us as young adults aiming at a bright career. Communications hold the key. Poor communication skills, low confidence levels and improper body language have resulted out in the job race. When being hired at a professional job we will have to deal with the global clients directly, no matter what our job description details. First impressions are the lasting impressions when going through an interview for a professional company it is essential that we used good grammar if we will like to be considering for that position. The command over the language and accent neutralization also plays a vital role in the recruitment process.

               Therefore before entering into the professional field one must develop a plan, a plan that will enable me and others to communicate effectively and professionally that will allow us to become professionals. Good preparation always instills confidence and practice makes perfect. In preparation for a successful interview is simply to be well prepared. This means two things-preparing you practically for the interview and gathering knowledge and information you can draw on during the interview. I plan to do at least 10 hours a day on completing hard work, home work, team work, smart work and net work. Upon research I discovered an article that stated “Utilize the facilities that are available and avail the opportunities in developing the knowledge, update the knowledge, preserve the knowledge and apply knowledge.’

            In conclusion having good communication in the professional world is seen to be a major assist needed. Being able to communicate effectively can declare a person position in a business or company. Kyle Wiens once said he would not hire people who use poor grammar this is an explanation of why we must utilize good commutation skills to be an effective, well tailored professional.
